While many concerns between a client and counselor can be resolved directly, there may be situations that require additional intervention. In compliance with the State of Texas, the information below is provided should you wish to file a report.

Business Violation Concerns

If you believe you have experienced fraudulent business practices in the State of Texas please contact the Attorney General's Office to file a consumer complaint.

Request records

We are required to retain your records for 7 years, or 5 years after a former child client has turned 18. If needed, records can be requested via the portal or via email. To request records via email, please email priya@feeltohealtherapy.com.
